Jagfer Ltd specialises in letting houses to students at the university of East Anglia, Norwich, England.

In certain circumstances, we can also let to non-students.

All houses are in close proximity to the university.

The company is run by James Weber and Mark Rumbold. We were students ourselves, so are sympathetic to students' needs.

We provide quality, well decorated, modern furnished accommodation at a highly competitive price.

Safety comes first - all houses are maintained to full 'corgi' standards, with up to date gas and electric certificates and smoke detectors.

We have an excellent relationship with local tradesmen - this ensures that any problems with the houses are quickly dealt with


We advertise our properties with HomeRun, the Student Union housing bureau at the UEA, and we comply with their minimum standards.

We endeavour to build good relationships with our tenants and are therefore keen that you let us know quickly about any problems with the houses.

We pledge to try to resolve issues as fast as possible. In return we ask that you:

- Treat the house and its contents with respect

- Treat your neighbours and housemates with consideration

- Pay your rent on time

Mark and James have been incredibly kind and flexible landlords over the years we’ve rented from them. Whenever there was an issue with the house, they promptly alerted Roy who always sorted it all out. Frequently Asked Questions

Q - What do I need to bring with me?
   A - Linen, towels, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery etc, personal battery operated devices.
We provide hoover, and white goods (fridge/freezer/washing machine), but have found that people are happier to use their own utensils etc.  
Q - Can I bring my pet tortoise?
A - No. Grow up. Sorry, no pets allowed. (Goldfish are just about the only exception.  If they're quiet.) 

Q - Can I smoke in any room?  
A - We leave this up to tenants (and their room mates!) to decide where smoking will be permitted.
Q - Can I park my car in the garage?  
A - Not all garages are available, but some are. Contact Us for details.       

Q - Will I definitely be able to park my car off the road? My insurance company wants to know.  
A - Again, it is left up to tenants to decide who gets driveway access (if there is any.)
